Delete your TerraPulse account and data

In the app or website (fastest)

1. Open TerraPulse.
2. Tap the round Account button at the top left.
3. Tap Delete my account and data, then Delete everything.

Without the app

Enter the email address you signed up with. We'll delete the sign-up and everything linked to it straight away.

What gets deleted

• Your name and email address.
• Your notification settings, so notifications stop.
• Your anonymous usage history: visits, device type, country and feature counts linked to your device.

Deletion is permanent. Stories you saved and other settings are kept only on your device and go when you delete the app or clear its data. Our hosting provider's short-term technical logs expire on their own. Questions: admin@terrapulse.uk.
